1. Who We Are

Axiom IT Group is a trade name of Axiom Group, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. We provide managed IT, cybersecurity, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 services to businesses. This policy governs the website located at axiomitgroup.com and any subdomains we operate (collectively, "the Site").

For privacy inquiries, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Contact forms: name, business email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message.
  • Free assessment requests: name, email, company name, and optional details about your current environment.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: email address only.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, our servers and first-party analytics system automatically record:

  • Pages visited and navigation path
  • Referring URL (the page that linked you to us)
  • Approximate time spent on pages and sections viewed
  • Page load performance metrics (time to first byte)
  • A randomly generated session identifier stored in your browser's sessionStorage (cleared when you close your browser tab)

We do not collect your precise IP address, device fingerprint, or any persistent identifier that tracks you across sessions or across other websites.

No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising

The Site does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party advertising or behavioral tracking technology. All analytics data is collected directly by Axiom IT Group and stored on infrastructure we control.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries, quote requests, and assessment submissions
  • Send the newsletter you subscribed to (you may unsubscribe at any time)
  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve content and performance
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, use it for automated profiling, or share it for cross-site advertising purposes.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

What We Use

The Site uses a minimal set of browser storage technologies:

NameTypePurposeDuration
axm_sidsessionStorageAnonymous session identifier used to group page-view events within a single visit. Contains no personal information — value is a random UUID generated in your browser.Deleted when browser tab is closed

Third-Party Cookies

The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts via fonts.googleapis.com. Google may set its own cookies or log your IP address when serving font files. You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

Apart from Google Fonts, the Site does not load any third-party scripts, tracking pixels, or embedded social widgets that set cookies.

How to Control Cookies

Because we use sessionStorage rather than persistent cookies for analytics, standard cookie-blocking browser extensions will not affect our analytics. You may disable JavaScript entirely in your browser to prevent all client-side analytics; the Site remains accessible without JavaScript because it is server-side rendered.

To block Google Fonts requests, you can use a content-blocking browser extension or configure a DNS-level ad blocker to block fonts.googleapis.com.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use a small number of vendors to operate the Site (e.g., cloud hosting, transactional email). These vendors process data on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Axiom IT Group, our clients, or the public.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected individuals via the Site before any such transfer is complete.

6. Children's Privacy

The Site is a business-to-business platform directed at adults and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from any person under 13 years of age.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will delete that information promptly.

This practice is consistent with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506, and the FTC's implementing regulations at 16 C.F.R. Part 312.

7. Your Rights & Privacy Choices

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Axiom Group, LLC does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes — and has never done so. Because we do not engage in these practices, there is no opt-out action required.

If you believe we have inadvertently shared your information, or if you wish to confirm this practice in writing, contact us at [email protected].

California Residents — CCPA / CPRA Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to:

  • Know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
  • Delete — request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to certain legal exceptions
  • Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information; no opt-out action is required
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the service requested
  • Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights

To submit a CCPA request, contact us at [email protected] with subject line "CCPA Request." We will respond within 45 days. For requests requiring additional time, we will notify you of the extension and the reason.

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly.

TCPA — Telephone Consumer Protection Act

When you provide a phone number through our contact form or any other form on the Site, you are consenting to be contacted by Axiom Group, LLC at that number for the purposes described in your request. This may include phone calls and email follow-up. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke consent to phone contact at any time by:

  • Replying "STOP" to any text message from us
  • Requesting removal during any phone call
  • Emailing [email protected]

We do not use automated dialing systems or pre-recorded messages without separate, explicit written consent.

All Users

  • Newsletter unsubscribe: Click the "Unsubscribe" link in any newsletter email or email us at [email protected].
  • Data deletion: To request deletion of contact form submissions or other personal information, email [email protected].

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews — consistent with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001 principles that underpin our client services.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use secure, up-to-date browsers when submitting information through the Site.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
